The processing of your personal data

What are the purposes for the processing of your personal data?

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • For data collected on the contact form:
  • For data collected in the Talents section :
    • The search for relevant profiles
    • Pre-selection of candidates
    • Contacting the candidate
    • Building up a CV database

The legal basis for such processing is your consent.

Data not marked as "optional" must be provided. If it is not provided, your request cannot be processed.

Who do we share your personal details with?

Your personal data will be only be shared with the following recipients:

  • For data collected on the Contact form:
    • The TELENCO Group's Communications Department
    • The departments of ECT and companies affiliated with the TELENCO Group who are responsible for processing the request
  • For data collected in the Talents section :
    • The recruitment managers and human resources departments of the TELENCO Group companies concerned
    • Managers overseeing the future candidate
    • Any employee of affiliated companies of the TELENCO Group who must be involved in the future candidate's recruitment process.
How long do we keep your personal data for?

Your personal data will be kept for :

  • For data collected on the Contact form: 3 years from the time the request is processed.
  • For data collected in the Talents section: 2 years from the date you submit your application.
What are your rights?

You can :

  • access your personal data
  • rectify it
  • request its deletion
  • exercise your right to limit the processing of your data
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time
  • object to the processing of your data
  • exercise your right to data portability
