Receiving and storing goods
Telenco is in control of all the stages involved in receiving supplies. The teams check the quantity and quality of the goods before they are stored in the dedicated areas. Real-time stock monitoring, using appropriate software (WMS), enables the Group's subsidiaries to anticipate any potential shortages and to guarantee customers the best possible lead times for dispatching their orders. Depending on the subsidiary, an inventory or rotating inventories are carried out to guarantee the quality and quantity of the remaining stock.
Order preparation
The logistics areas of the various Telenco entities are streamlined to ensure fast, efficient order preparation. To limit the risk of returns and requests for after-sales service, our teams check orders before they are packed, and select a container that is appropriate for the size of the product.
Dispatch and transport
Telenco understands the specifics of different transportation modes: from containers to lorries, each order reaches its recipient via the most optimised route. The Telenco Group's export expertise means it can deliver to customers in compliance with international regulations. Orders are monitored by in-house teams, who ensure responsiveness and anticipation in the event of any disputes.
