 Main responsabilities :

As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (M/F), you bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales. Located in Luxembourg, you are the technical experts who translates our wireless indoor products and services into understandable terms for potential customers.

  

  • Technical Consultation: Provide technical advice and support to the sales team and potential clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our wireless indoor products and services.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored indoor coverage solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions in the 5G private coverage domain.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system architecture, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Technical Training: Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams on the use and benefits of our telecommunications products.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical issues and provide solutions during the pre-sales stage to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 Your profile 

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or engineering role
  • Fluent languages : English AND French or Dutch
  • Strong understanding of wireless telecommunications technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good relationship with customers and with the team's members
