Main responsabilities

As a Product Manager for the Indoor Solutions product range, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Indoor Solutions products. This includes product planning, development, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, both nationally and internationally, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our Indoor Solutions product range.

You will be in charge of these tasks :

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Indoor Solutions product range, aligning with company goals and market demands.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product development and positioning.
Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, specifications, and features. Ensure timely and high-quality product development and delivery.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Use client insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, including sales, client feedback, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments within the group to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.

Your profile

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field )
5 years of experience in product management, preferably in
Fluent in Dutch or French and English

Solid understanding of Indoor technology and wireless communication systems
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
